Pastor Duke has two children and five grandchildren. Pastor Duke is a graduate of Southeastern College with a Bachelors Degree in Bible and Ministry. He has been involved in ministry in Indiana since 1979. Souls Harbor began under the direction of Pastor Duke in 1992. Under his leadership the church has flourished from a small number of people to a congregation of over 200 with a variety of ministry opportunities for every age group. Pastor Duke's passion for God through the preaching of the Word and love for His people is evident. He has dedicated his life to the ministry and his desire is to see people won to Jesus Christ.
